Intro to Pilates is a great way to start your Pilates Training!  Along with a small class of beginner students like yourself, you will be taught basic Pilates exercise for core strength, overall endurance, body awareness and control and flexibility.  After camp you will be able to join any pilates class with confidence or continue on your own at home with a Stellar Pilates Program.Learn More >

Pilates II will help you slim and strengthen your entire body, especially your core muscles. Pilates exercises will help you gain postural alignment, balance, flexibility and muscle tone. Students at The Pilates Loft always receive accurate, professional and helpful instruction from our certified Pilates Instructors.


 

 

 

 Yoga
All Pilates Loft Yoga is non-mediation style and focuses on the fitness benefits one receives from Yoga exercises such as better strength, flexibility, balance and muscle tone.


Power Yoga
is a general term used in the West to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to yoga.  Power Yoga emphasis is on strength, flexibly, staminia and concentration.  Power Yoga will teach you the art of basic yoga poses, the power of the Sun Salutation and the energy of flowing yoga poses together.

Gentle Yoga

The practice of Yoga was designed in India 5,000 years ago.  Yoga has lasted thousands of years because it works.  Gentle Yoga uses classic Yoga poses (asanas) at a slower pace with deep breath work.  It is accessible to everyone no matter your age of level of fitness.  With controlled movements, stretches and deep breathing you can promote the health of the entire body. Gentle Yoga is perfect to start a fitness program or to ease the effects of an active workout routine.

Restorative Yoga

Give yourself permission to relax, renew and restore with the practice of Restorative Yoga.
Restorative Yoga is suitable for beginners, advanced yoga practitioners, all ages and physical abilities.  With the use of bolsters, blankets, yoga blocks, straps and yoga poses, you will learn the art of healing your body after a long hard week of work or exercise.  Restorative Yoga includes the traditional yoga elements specifically tailored to relieve stress and relax muscles. 


 

 

Group Personal Training & Boot Camps

 A four week series of group fitness training sessions to help you break through any barriers you have to a better body and a healthier lifestyle.  Whether you’re breaking through a plateau or just getting yourself off the couch or away from your desk, you will receive the support and guidance you need to achieve your fitness goals.  Exercises for cardiovascular endurance, total body conditioning, fat burning, balance, agility, flexibility, and strength will be modified with all fitness levels in mind.  Participants can expect to get stronger, lose weight, and improve muscle tone.

 

The Loft Physique
 
A circuit-training, body-sculpting workout designed to target and isolate the muscles of the chest, back, shoulders, legs, hips, butt and abs for ultimate toning.  You will also strengthen your body and improve your stamina and overall health.

Group Personal Training
Limited to 4 Students
Personal Training Series designed to help you lose weight and tone-up.  Exercises will include circuit training to burn fat and sculpt your arms, hips, thighs and flatten your belly.  Learn how to exercise effectively on your own at home or give yourself a jumpstart to join any of our other fitness programs!  All fitness levels welcome.
