Intro to Pilates is a great way to start your Pilates Training! Along with a small class of beginner students like yourself, you will be taught basic Pilates exercise for core strength, overall endurance, body awareness and control and flexibility. After camp you will be able to join any pilates class with confidence or continue on your own at home with a Pilates Program. Pilates II

*Small Group Training Session - Limited to 4 Students
A circuit training class using the Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Barrel and Mat. This class will help you develop deep core strength, coordination, flexibility, stamina and concentration.
Prerequisites: At least 3 Private Pilates sessions. Intro Package: 3 Private Pilates Sessions and Pilates Elements
