Wonderful classes for pregnant women or new mommies!
The Pilates Loft offers Prenatal Yoga Classes and Post Natal Exercise classes, called Mommy & Me classes. Our team of instructors are also qualified to work one-on-one with you during your pregnancy and after, once you have received medical clearance from you Doctor.
Prenatal Yoga will strengthen your body safely, increase flexibility and circulation, reduce swelling, and gain more energy!
Prenatal Yoga Class - Tuesdays at 10:30am with Megan.
(Saturdays at 11:30am is our Restorative Yoga class with Gina where pregnant women are welcome to attend.)
If you're looking to get your body back in shape after having your baby, come to the Mommy & Me fitness classes where you're welcome to bring your baby along with you! This is a very entertaining class and targets all of those key areas which were weakened and stretched out during your pregnancy. Tone your abs, legs, hips, and arms in a fun and energetic class. Crying babies, changing babies, nursing, etc is totally allowed here - we are all moms at this class!
