Stellar Physique 4 F.A.Q.'s

I would like to sign up, but I will be traveling within the next four weeks. Can I still do thisPersonal Fitness Training program Clearwater, FL program?
Yes. Upon registration and your first meeting, will plan out your schedule to be sure you do not miss any of your 1 on 1 time or your small group classes. We will even help you come up with a plan you can do while traveling.

What kinds of things will I do in Stellar Physique 4?
That will largely depend on you and your fitness goals! What are your interests? What are your goals? We will discuss these questions with you and your personal program will be based on your answers.

But, you can expect a mix of at least a couple of the following types of exercise: 

  • Cardio
  • Weight Training
  • Core training
  • Pilates
  • Yoga
  • plenty of stretching!
