Exercise: Six Sneaky Ways to Get Your Daily Exercise

ower leg: While waiting in line at the grocery store, airport, etc. lift up on to your toes. Repeat several times

2. Abs: While driving in the car, pull your abdominal wall in and hold for 5-10 seconds. Release and repeat!

3. Upper Body: I know you are in the kitchen at least once a day! Use those counter tops to assist you in some pushups. Simply place your hands wide on Fitness at home with Babythe counter and lower your chest towards it slowly while keeping your elbow out wide. Use your upper body muscles to push yourself back up again.

4. Lower Body: Before you sit, try squatting up and down several times. You will strengthen and tone your leg muscles. Hello skinny jeans!

5.Fat burning: Try jumping jacks in between regular household chores, phone calls, etc...

6. Fun Fitness: Play with your kids! Play on the playground, chase them, lift them or whatever else they enjoy!

Remember: A little exercise s always better than nothing at all!
